The PCA has released its long-awaited report on Christian Nationalism, and many people had already chosen sides before reading a single page. Some dismissed it because it came from the PCA. Others praised it simply because they oppose Christian Nationalism. In this episode, Pastor Joseph Spurgeon and Zach slow down and do something increasingly rare: they actually read the report.

The committee was made up of faithful churchmen wrestling with difficult questions, and the report contains several important biblical affirmations that deserve recognition. At the same time, it raises significant concerns by blurring biblical commands with prudential judgments, narrowing the breadth of the Reformed tradition, and making historical claims that deserve closer examination.
